The following is a very basic outline of the typical wedding ceremony (and, of course, not all weddings are the same, so we'll work out all the details with you):
PRELUDE: We will play a healthy mix of classical music for about 20 minutes before the ceremony begins while guests arrive and take their seats.
PROCESSIONAL: The wedding ceremony will begin with the processionals down the aisle accompanied by music. First is usually the seating of Grandparents/Parents. Next, the Bridal Party will make their way down the aisle. When choosing the music to be played, we'll need to take into consideration the number of people in the Bridal Party and the length of the aisle. Then, of course, the Bride comes down the aisle. This may be the most important musical decision, so choose wisely and carefully!
INCIDENTAL MUSIC: If there will be some sort of Unity Ceremony during the service, you may like to have music played at this point. At times, however, these small ceremonies happen so quickly that music is not necessary.
RECESSIONAL: Once the wedding ceremony is complete, the happy couple and the bridal party will walk back down the aisle to the sounds of joyous music.
POSTLUDE: If guests are still lingering, we will play more light classical background music similar to the "Prelude" music.
